Simple how-to videos, support materials, and access to customer service are all conveniently available online, helping you be comfortable and confident using CapTel. In addition to in-home visits, your local Outreach Educator can help you over the phone, over email, or over online chat. Whatever method you prefer.

Where in-person installations are requested, we follow stringent safety procedures including frequent sanitization of equipment. We confirm in advance that everyone involved is healthy. If either you or an OEI team member is not feeling well or has a fever, the appointment must be rescheduled.
