Customers may be certified for a no-cost CapTel phone without visiting their audiologist or doctor’s office. Easy-to-use forms and directions are provided online.
Your CapTel phone can be shipped directly to your home or office. In-person visits by request only at this time.
Simple how-to videos, support materials, and access to customer service are all conveniently available online, helping you be comfortable and confident using CapTel. Your local Outreach Educator can help you over the phone, over email, or over online chat. Simple and safe.
Where in-person installations are requested, we follow stringent safety procedures such as wearing protective masks and gloves, maintaining appropriate social distance, and frequent sanitization of equipment. We confirm in advance that everyone involved is healthy. If either you or an OEI team member is not feeling well or has a fever, the appointment must be rescheduled. We are dedicated to working quickly to minimize contact.
