Outreach EducatorOutreach Educators work independently to bring captioning to people with hearing loss. Networking is key. We work locally to get the word out that there is a captioning solution for everyone who struggles to hear over the phone. We attend trade shows and conferences to raise awareness of captioning solutions. Other responsibilities include:

OEI InstallerOEI Installers conduct on-site installations of CapTel products in an individual’s home or office. Installers require a basic working knowledge of home network technology and a desire to help others. Training is provided. Opportunity for growth within our team! |
Outreach CoordinatorOEI Coordinators support OEI management and our national outreach team. Coordinators are required to be highly organized and detail oriented, with proficiency in MS Office and a positive attitude. |
