From the hills of southern Indiana to the flatlands of the northwestern part of the state, Josh is a lifelong Hoosier. His father wore hearing aids late in his life due to longtime exposure to construction noise, so Josh really values products that enhance the quality of life for individuals with hearing loss. He loves meeting new people and seeing their reaction the first time they experience a CapTel. "It's a rewarding job to be able to install a product and instantly see a positive reaction. The person is more confident and optimistic in using something many of us take for granted."
